Dr. Buegel has been practicing complementary medicine for more than 25 years. His expertise in chronic pain management, nutritional agents, yoga and bodywork has helped many people complement their traditional medical approaches that address inflammation, spasm and pain. Dr. Buegel also teaches yoga at Kanyakumari Ayurvedic Education and Retreat Center in Milwaukee.
John has been teaching the art of wild foraging and broom making for years. He and his partner Linda Conroy are natural food enthusiasts who dedicate their lives to connecting with and teaching about the natural world. Before settling in Wisconsin, they lived and taught in Seattle, Washington.
Being a food management professional, Peter Kwong has been working in the hospitality industry for over 30 years, creating cuisine concepts for many different restaurants and chefs. A man of many culinary talents, he enjoys healthy cooking and sharing that joy of food with others. Great meals start with mastering simple recipes.

Judy’s nutritional philosophy centers on the pleasures and tastes of healthy eating, and the belief that simple dietary changes offer dramatic differences. She lectures extensively and writes about the joys of healthy eating in her monthly column, Simply Health in the Outpost Exchange Magazine. She is also a member of the American Dietetic Association, the Wisconsin Dietetic Association, and offers one-on-one nutritional counseling. Judy believes that eating fresh, natural foods, vibrantly prepared is the main building block to good health!
